Sunday, November 16th from 1-3pm at Breezeway Yoga Studio (4830 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN, 37919)

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed group hypnosis experience to cultivate a sense calm, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself and the Earth.

Your body, like the Earth, is mostly water. Living, sensing, remembering.

The waters within respond to vibration, emotion, and thought. When we soften into stillness, we can sense what the waters are whispering… and intentionally whisper back. May the waters within carry the vibrations, emotions, and thoughts we desire.

You’re invited to a gentle space of presence. We’ll come together to remember our sense of belonging within ourselves and in the world. A moment to land, feel, and remember your own rhythm.

What the experience will look like:

We’ll begin by settling in with tea and creating a cozy, supportive space. After a gentle grounding practice, there will be space for introductions and optional intention-sharing.

From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis session that includes calming breathwork, visualization, therapeutic suggestions, and subconscious reprogramming… all within a trauma-informed, choice-based container.

Each person will have their own unique inner experience. Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect, journal, and, if you choose, share insights or connect within the circle before we close.
