Orders are generally processed within 7 business days of purchase. I am a one woman show, so sometimes I get backed up. I will reach out via e-mail or telephone to let you know if your order will be processed more slowly.

Big Bright Circle does not process returns.

If you receive broken or damaged product in the mail, please contact us within 7 days of its arrival along with photos of the damaged product. You may choose to have your order packaged and re-sent or refunded.
