Group Hypnosis Experience

Coming Home to Center: A Community Hypnosis Circle for Grounded Intuition + Embodied Calm

Slow down, tune in, and remember the wisdom that lives within you.

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed group hypnosis experience to reconnect with your inner knowing, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself.

What the experience will look like:

We’ll begin by settling in with tea and creating a cozy, supportive space. After a gentle grounding practice, there will be space for introductions and optional intention-sharing.

From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis session that includes calming breathwork, visualization, therapeutic suggestions, and subconscious reprogramming… all within a trauma-informed, choice-based container.

Each person will have their own unique inner experience. Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect, journal, and, if you choose, share insights or connect within the circle before we close.

What if the answers you seek… already live within you?

In this gentle, trauma-informed circle, we’ll soften the noise, settle the body, and reconnect with the truth that lives inside you.
