June collective tarot

Reporting to you live from the pink fluffy mimosa jungle in my backyard… hello June!

At the very center of all my offerings is a deep trust in the wisdom that already lives within you.

Whether we're working together through CranioSacral Therapy or clinical hypnosis, the foundation is the same: your system knows far more than we are conditioned to give it credit for. CST is rooted in the understanding that the body's innate intelligence knows how to move toward balance and harmony, and that this intelligence can guide the treatment process. Similarly, hypnosis creates space for the subconscious mind to reveal insights, resources, and pathways toward resolution that are unique to you.

As someone who both receives and offers this work, I find this endlessly empowering and awe-inspiring. Time and again, I witness the body and mind working together in remarkable ways when given the right conditions.

Your system already knows how to course-correct. Often, it simply needs spaciousness, support, and safety in order to reorganize and attune to a new baseline of resilience and well-being. My role is not to tell your system where to go, but to help create the conditions that allow it to find its own way.

All of this to say…last month you may have noticed I didn’t post or share a collective reading with you. I was in a place of tuning inward to see if it still felt aligned to do so.

And, after my pause, I want to reiterate that my intention is not to tell you what to do or encourage you to look outside yourself for answers. Quite the opposite. I hope this reading serves as a point of reflection and an invitation check in with yourself, notice what resonates, and deepen your trust in your own inner knowing.

Take what feels meaningful, leave what doesn’t. You are the magic you seek.

And so here we go… this month I pulled two cards that speak to the themes and possibilities available to us at this time.

Say goodbye to The Hermit and make way for the King of Pentacles.

If you've been journeying through what feels like a dark night of the soul, walking through the deeper chambers of your inner world, it may be time for an emergence.

You went inward. You faced what needed to be faced. You integrated important lessons and discovered reserves of strength and resilience you may not have known were there.

Now you're arriving at the other side of a threshold.

Things likely won’t look the same moving forward.

It is often said that our capacity for joy is directly related to our capacity to feel the harder parts of life. Life is a series of ebbs and flows, highs and lows, sunbeams and shadows. Perhaps you've spent what feels like a hundred miles walking through the cave of sorrows and are finally beginning to see daylight again.

With humility and self-compassion in your heart, you can allow yourself to feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. You can remember what joy feels like in your body.

This month you may find yourself experiencing a sense of security, support, or stability that has felt absent for quite some time.

Your invitation now is to widen your gaze.Notice the opportunities, openings, and unexpected pathways that are presenting themselves. Allow yourself to consider that life may be offering something different than what you've grown accustomed to expecting.

What would it feel like to make decisions from a place of stability rather than fear? From trust rather than scarcity? Use your imagination to dream up how freeing that could feel, and then begin practicing, one small choice at a time. You may find yourself surprised and delighted by what unfolds.

The thematic serendipity of returning to the light and remembering joy is not lost on me as the 21st of June marks Solstice! The longest day of the year and the beginning of Summer is near and it invites us to celebrate abundance, warmth, vitality, and the beauty of nature’s artistry. More to come later this month on how to harness the magic of Summer Solstice.

Until then, may you remember your own perfect wholeness!
