Why heart centered hypnosis?
Research into heart-brain communication suggests that the heart plays a powerful role in shaping our emotional and mental experience. The heart sends continuous signals to the brain that influence how clearly we think, how we respond to stress, and how balanced or peaceful we feel.
The heart also has its own network of neurons (sometimes called the “heart’s nervous system”) allowing it to sense and process information in ways that directly affect the brain and body. When the rhythms of the heart and nervous system become synchronized, a state often called heart–brain coherence is reached. And, from this coherence, people tend to experience greater emotional stability, improved decision-making, and a deeper sense of well-being.
Each heartbeat also generates an electromagnetic field that extends beyond the body, sometimes up to three feet in diameter. This field changes with our emotional state, and research suggests it can influence our own cells, and may even be sensed by others nearby.
Feelings such as love, appreciation, gratitude, and compassion create more harmonious heart rhythms, supporting both internal balance and relational connection.
This hypnosis experience is designed to help you gently enter that state of coherence. In this audio you will be guided to connect with your heart, amplify feelings of warmth and appreciation, and allow that coherence to ripple through your body and outward into the space around you.
