diy: mushroom cocoa popsicles!

Yep, you read that correctly! Let’s make delicious, decadent, chocolately, adaptogenc, mushroom popsicles!!! And the best part is, this recipe is really simple!

Witch’s Brew Spiced Mushroom Popsicles are the most delicious and fun way to get in your daily dose of adaptogenic mushroom goodness! Witch’s Brew Spiced Mushroom Cocoa is a powdered cocoa blend, rich and tasty medicine with deep chocolatey flavor, warming chai spices, and 7 varieties of medicinal mushrooms that work to boost immunity, support the nervous system, regulate the body's natural stress response and more. In this recipe we’ll combine spiced mushroom cocoa, coffee (of course you can use decaf if you like), oat milk , and a bit of maple syrup for sweetness to make the most decadent and multi-system supportive popsicle in the world! I hope you enjoy!!!

Necessary Equipment:

-Liquid measuring cup + measuring utensils

-Popsicle molds

Ingredients:

-3T witch’s brew spiced mushroom cocoa (find it and read more about it here)
2T high quality maple syrup
1/2 cup coffee (it should be hot or warm for best results, feel free to sub decaf)
1 1/2 cups oat milk (you can sub other types of milk or alt. milk, but I like oat best)

how to make the popsicle magic happen!

First, gather your equipment + ingredients and prepare the coffee however you normally would (I usually go for a french press).

Combine the Witch’s Brew Spiced Cocoa and maple syrup in your liquid measuring cup, stirring them together with a spoon until they are integrated into a paste.

Next, add the coffee to the paste and mix well. Once combined, stir in the oat milk.

Then simply pour the liquid mixture into your popsicle molds and transfer into the freezer.

Wait a few hours, and voila, you’ve got yourself some adaptogenic mushroom chocolate coffee popsicles!

Enjoy!!!!
