Remembering Our Nature:

A Community Hypnosis Circle for Inner Child Healing, Belonging, and Earth Connection

Sunday, August 9th from 1-3pm at Breezeway Yoga Studio (4830 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN, 37919)

This is an invitation to slow down, settle into presence, and remember your own rhythm.

Join us for a gentle, trauma-informed group hypnosis experience to cultivate a sense of calm, regulate your nervous system, and come home to yourself.

By way of the subconscious mind we’ll connect with our inner child, offer the care and support they may not have received, remember the transformative joy of creative play, and connect to the Earth to root into our innate belonging within the ecosystems of our lives.

Themes:

inner child, imagination, play, self trust, belonging, support, safety, care, receiving, acceptance

What the experience will look like:

We’ll begin by settling in with tea and creating a cozy, supportive space. After a gentle grounding practice, there will be space for introductions and optional intention-sharing.

From there, you’ll be guided through a group hypnosis session that includes calming breathwork, visualization, therapeutic suggestions, and subconscious reprogramming… all within a trauma-informed, choice-based container.

Each person will have their own unique inner experience. Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect, journal, and, if you choose, share insights or connect within the circle before we close.

What’s included…

  • A safe, welcoming space + nourishing tea

  • Gentle nervous system support + overall relaxation

  • Guided group hypnosis that integrates space for customized subconscious reprogramming

  • A short sound bath

  • Time for reflection + integration

  • Optional sharing + community connection

This is for you if…

  • You’re curious to explore your inner child and remember the power of imagination and play

  • You want to deepen a sense of belonging and self trust

  • You want to feel more at home within yourself and in the world

  • You’re craving calm, clarity, or inner steadiness

  • You’re curious about hypnosis (no experience needed)

What to bring…

  • A journal/notebook + something to write with

Come as you are and leave feeling relaxed, centered, and connected to likeminded folks in your community.

Facilitated by Kat Itz, Clinical Hypnotist
