This experience is an invitation to slow down, come home to yourself, and reconnect to the quiet wisdom that already lives within you. You’ll be guided to connect to and learn about your intuition + to access embodied calm that you can carry into your day to day life.

Here’s what to expect:

• A short meditation to help you drop into the present moment and prime your mind for this experience.

• Pre-session journal prompts to help you get clear on where you’re at and what you’d like to address.

• A short audio that frames what to expect and how to optimize your experience

• A 40 minute hypnosis audio meant to help you ground into a sense of calm in your nervous system and to connect with your intuition/inner wisdom. You can keep coming back to this audio as many times as you like in order to continue to engage with these themes and activate change within your system.

• Post session journal prompts to help you process and integrate the experience.
